1. General Information

eBombo International (hereinafter, "eBombo") is a corporate event production company operating in Peru, Mexico, Spain and the United States. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of services offered through our website ebombo.com and any associated digital platforms. Operating entity in Peru: BOMBO PERU SAC, Tax ID (RUC) 20602801200, located at Av. General Cordova 1145, 15074 Miraflores, Lima, Peru.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any of eBombo's services, the user declares having read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, we ask that you do not use our services. Continued use of the website or eBombo's services after the publication of modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of said modifications.

3. Description of Services

eBombo offers production, organization and execution services for corporate events, including but not limited to: team building, conferences, product launches, brand activations, corporate retreats, photobooths, merchandising and interactive experiences. Specific services, scopes and particular conditions for each event will be agreed upon through a commercial proposal or individual contract between eBombo and the client.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the eBombo website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations and software, are the property of eBombo or its content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in each jurisdiction. The reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of any content without the express written authorization of eBombo is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to use eBombo's services and website in a lawful, diligent and good faith manner. The following is expressly prohibited: - Using the services for unlawful purposes or contrary to what is established in these terms. - Attempting to access restricted areas of eBombo's computer systems. - Introducing viruses, malicious programs or any other harmful code. - Impersonating another user or third party. - Reproducing, copying or distributing eBombo content without prior authorization. - Using the services in a manner that may damage, overload or deteriorate the functioning of the site.

6. Personal Data Protection

eBombo is committed to protecting the personal data of its users in accordance with current legislation in each jurisdiction where it operates: - Peru: Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS. - Mexico: Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). - Spain/European Union: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - Regulation (EU) 2016/679. - United States: California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and applicable state regulations. Personal data collected will be processed exclusively for the management of contracted services, client communication and improvement of our services. 7. Limitation of Liability

eBombo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses. eBombo will make its best efforts to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the website, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. In the event of force majeure, eBombo shall be released from the fulfillment of its obligations for the duration of such circumstance.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the legislation of the country where the user contracts the services: - For clients in Peru: Peruvian legislation. Jurisdiction of the courts of Lima. - For clients in Mexico: Mexican legislation. Jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico City. - For clients in Spain: Spanish legislation. Jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid. - For clients in the United States: Legislation of the state where the service is provided. The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before resorting to judicial proceedings. In the event that an agreement is not reached, the parties shall submit to the corresponding jurisdiction as indicated above.

9. Modifications

eBombo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the website. Users are advised to periodically review this page to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
