• Event details you share with us: event type, dates, number of attendees and your message.
• Commercial information: services requested or purchased and billing details.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and our services are not directed to children under 16.

• To answer your inquiries and send quotes.
• To plan, produce and manage the events and services you book, including coordination with vendors.

• To send newsletters and marketing messages, which you can opt out of at any time.

4. How we share it

• Service providers that help us run our business (hosting, email, analytics, messaging), under contracts that limit their use of your information.
• Event vendors (venues, caterers, production partners), only as needed to deliver the services you booked.
• eBombo group companies in Peru, Mexico and Spain, to coordinate your event.
• Authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell personal information for money. Our website uses advertising cookies (such as the Meta Pixel) that may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws. You can opt out by choosing "Only necessary" in our cookie banner or by emailing us.

eBombo operates in the United States, Peru, Mexico and Spain, and some of our providers are located outside the United States. Your information may be processed in those countries with appropriate safeguards.
